This was introduced to me by a couple of friends who cook for diabetics.  After tasting their baking made with Whey Low, I knew I wanted to use it too.  Granted – it does cost more than sugar, but I love saving calories and making my desserts more healthy.  I just made my yearly Strawberry Jam using Whey Low, and it is delicious!

Whey Low comes in these forms:

Granulated
Powdered
Individual Packets
Brown
Maple
For Ice Cream

Tip:  When making iced tea, I use the Whey Low for Ice Cream instead of the granular.  It mixes so much better.  However, if you put the granular in while it is hot, it will mix fine.
